Here is what your role as Senior Support Worker will look like:

· Righthand Rockstar: Support the management team by overseeing staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities for team members. This role involves ensuring that all staff adhere to organisational policies while fostering a positive work environment where everyone feels motivated and valued.

· Personal Care Champion:

As a role model for the team, you’ll oversee the support of the children and young people with their daily tasks whether its dressing, bathing or mealtimes.

· Activity enthusiast:

Whether it’s creative arts and crafts, games or day trips, you’ll ensure everyone has the chance to explore new interests, develop their skills.

· Health and Wellness Guardian:

Ensure that health needs are monitored effectively by leading the team in reporting any changes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone

· Team Player Extraordinaire:

Collaborate with your team to create personalised care plans tailored to everyone’s unique needs. Your leadership will inspire teamwork and enhance the quality of care provided.
