Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales / Director Designate to lead the strategic growth of the business, with potential to build ownership and a stake in the company's future success.
The candidate will have a minimum five years experience in the cleaning/soft FM industry with a demonstrable, solid background in business development – from lead generation through the full sales cycle to operational handover.

You will take full responsibility for delivering the company’s commercial growth strategy, leveraging from a long established client base stretching across rail, aerospace, automotive and defence through serviced office space, healthcare and leisure.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead sales, identifying opportunities, handling all aspects of business development from first contact to submission of proposal
· Develop marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, attracting new clients
· Experience in executing short and longer term quality orientated business growth strategies
Ideal Background:
· Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales/business development role within the contract cleaning/soft FM industry
· Leadership – experience in inspiring and coaching others, driving sustained growth
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
· Ambitious strategic thinker with experience growing a business

Pay: Competitive package plus financial rewards (£70,000 to £80,000 per annum) along with potential to build ownership and a stake in the company's future success
