We are seeking to employ an experienced Room Leader to join our team. Leading a small team of people and assisting the management in ensuring that the nursery is running to an exceptionally high standard at all times.
To be successful you must have a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Early Years and at least 2 years experience of working in a childcare setting.
Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 and 6 the main responsibilities of this role is to:
- Ensure that the aims, values and culture of the company is reflected throughout
- Work in close partnership with parents
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team to ensure they are engaged and inspired to deliver high quality education and experiences
- Ensure that the companies policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and that safeguarding is of the upmost importance
- Ensure that children are cared for in a safe, exciting and stimulating environment
Essential skills
- The ability to work cooperatively as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for all children and their families
- To have experience with children who have complex needs
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- The vision and drive to ensure that every child reaches their full potential
