We are seeking to employ an experienced Room Leader to join our brand new team. Leading one of our under 2's rooms and assisting the management in ensuring that the nursery is running to an exceptionally high standard at all times.
To be successful you must have a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Early Years and at least 2 years experience of working in a childcare setting.
Working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7 and 6 the main responsibilities of this role is to:
- Be the lead practitioner for our children aged 0-2
- Ensure that the aims, values and culture of the company is reflected throughout
- Work in close partnership with parents
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team to ensure they are engaged and inspired to deliver high quality education and experiences
- Ensure that the companies policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and that safeguarding is of the upmost importance
- Ensure that children are cared for in a safe, exciting and stimulating environment
