About the Role
At mthree, our Talent Recruitment Team is at the heart of our mission to connect high-potential junior talent with exciting opportunities across the financial services and commercial sectors.
As a Senior Recruiter – EMEA, you’ll play a critical role in delivering top-tier recruitment outcomes across the UK, Ireland, Greece, Hungary, and Poland.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner closely with Sales and Client Services, and help shape the future of our early careers programs. You’ll be a key contributor to our high-performing team, driving candidate engagement, sourcing excellence, and diversity-focused hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and graduate-level roles across multiple disciplines and EMEA locations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality candidate pipeline for mthree’s global Alumni program.
- Provide interview coaching and development support to candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation
- Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company values.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews to evaluate candidate potential and fit.
- Strategic Sourcing & Market Engagement
- Contribute to sourcing strategies that support long-term talent acquisition goals.
- Represent mthree at university and community events, building strong partnerships with academic and DE&I-focused organizations.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to understand client needs.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Greenhouse, and support reporting on recruitment metrics.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in tech-related recruitment, with a strong track record in campus and high-volume hiring.
- Deep understanding of candidate research and talent pooling.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion with experience in inclusive attraction strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building and client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of financial markets, compliance, and financial products.
- Experience with Salesforce and Greenhouse or similar CRM/ATS platforms.
