About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and adaptable Associate People Partner to join our People team and play a hands-on partnership role to assigned capability group/s. Reporting to capability People Director, you will play a crucial role supporting the delivery of our Company People Strategy and bespoke capability People plans ensuring Every Person Possible.   You’ll act as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees providing guidance around employee lifecycle activities,  employee relations, performance management, engagement, and other key people topics including providing data driven insights to the business.
