The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a highly experienced Senior Practitioner seeking progression into a more senior capacity. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team where career development is clearly outlined from the outset, and where your contributions will be valued and nurtured.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and uphold the Nannie Annies curriculum, vision, and values in daily practice
- Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding and child welfare procedures are rigorously upheld
- Produce high-quality child development reports and contribute to planning and assessment
- Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and reflective practice
What You Bring
- Proven experience working with children in an early years setting
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable)
- A genuine passion for teaching, learning, and child development
- A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
