Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Maths, some prior knowledge of the Kumon Maths programme and ideally some experience of working with children of different ages. As a Senior Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the instructor and will most likely have your own students to support both in class and for tablet study.
Hours of work - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - 3.30pmpm to 6.30pm .
You must be available to work thorough out the year as Kumon centre is open during school holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our advanced students through the higher levels of the Kumon Maths program.
Requirements:
- Either completed or studying Bachelor's degree in Maths or related field although, a Kumon Maths completer will also be considered.
- Prior experience in working with students of different ages.
- Ideally some knowledge of the Kumon programme either as a student or an assistant.
- Ability to support and motivate students who may be working at an advanced level.
