Technical Experience:
- Viewed as an Expert in Global Business Services and Shared Services - Viewed as an expert in Finance processes i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A - Solid understanding of HR and IT processes - Viewed as an expert in Operating model design and implementation - Good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments - Finance systems deployment experience - Good knowledge of current and emerging market trends - Well versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
Technology Experience: SAP, Oracle advantageous but not essential
Language Requirements: English as primary language, German language an advantage
