Vacancy Summary - Senior ICT Application Support Officer.
To contribute as a key member of the Technical ICT Team, delivering efficient, effective, and reliable ICT solutions and support services across the organisation.
You will be responsible for performing routine operational tasks to ensure the stability, availability, and optimal performance of ICT applications.
The role includes developing, managing, and supporting both existing and future ICT applications, while also empowering colleagues through guidance and training on best practices in software usage.
You will lead and contribute to cyclical ICT projects and system upgrades as directed by the Systems and Service Delivery Manager, delivering outstanding customer service in line with agreed service level agreements and supporting the ICT Vision of ‘Brilliant Basics’.

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
- ITIL V3 or working towards (to be achieved within 1 year)
- How to create technical documentation, knowledge base articles and user guides
- Supporting Northgate Housing Management System (or similar)
- Supporting repairs & scheduling systems (ROCC, DRS or similar)
