We seek to appoint from October 2025 an enthusiastic and energetic Senior HR Administrator to join the administrative team on a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year 2025-2026, to manage the recruitment process for the whole school, leading a team of two, and to be responsible for the management of the Single Central Record.
The successful candidate will have appropriate qualifications and experience and will become a part of the administration team in this busy and successful independent girls’ school. This post would suit a lively and dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and management skills. A background in HR work would be very helpful. Efficiency, enthusiasm, an eye for detail, energy and initiative are essential as well as strong ICT skills and an absolute understanding of the confidential nature of all HR related work. Working as part of a team is vital and he/she should be able to work constructively within a small, closely-knit and very busy office environment alongside the HR Administrator.
The Senior HR Administrator will work with the Head, the Director of Staff, the Headmistress of the Preparatory School, and the Chief Operating Officer, offering support and providing documentation for the HR functions of the School. He/She will also work closely with the Deputy Head – Staff in the Preparatory School on matters relating to staff management and support.
This is a part time, term time only position with office hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
