Please only apply if you can work in a high demanding environment!
We’re now looking for a talented Senior Video Editor to join us in-house and help scale our content output to the next level.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who lives and breathes short-form content. You'll be responsible for producing 25-30 quality edits per week, mostly for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Footage will be supplied by our in-house videographers — your focus is on crafting engaging, on-brand edits that hit the mark every time. We need someone who’s fast, efficient, and razor-sharp with their storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing short-form content (primarily 9:16 format but not always)
- Adding captions, transitions, VFX, and cutdowns
- Working across a mix of clients and brand styles
- Collaborating with videographers, digital designers and project leads
- Managing versions, feedback, and delivery via Frame.io
- Keeping pace with social trends and visual best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in video editing (agency or freelance at volume)
- Strong Premiere Pro skills (After Effects a bonus)
- A reel that shows you can cut engaging short-form content
- Speed without compromising quality
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Understanding of storytelling, trends, and audience hooks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with content in the fitness, fashion or wellness space
- Knowledge of Frame.io, Trello, and team workflows
- Basic sound mixing and colour correction skills
- An eye for creating scroll-stopping thumbnails and social-first visuals
What You’ll Get
- A creative and collaborative environment
- Premium tools, assets, and editing hardware
- Opportunity to lead the editing direction as we grow
- Work that reaches millions of viewers every month
- A team that values quality, clarity, and a strong work ethic
