In this high-impact role, you will design, implement, and optimise predictive models that play a direct role in improving customer satisfaction and driving meaningful business outcomes. You'll be working on end-to-end model development, from the initial concept and data exploration stages through to deployment and ongoing refinement.
This involves using sophisticated machine learning and statistical techniques to address key customer challenges, identifying and resolving issues before they arise, and reducing churn while enhancing the overall experience. Through deep data exploration and feature engineering, you will uncover the drivers behind customer behaviour and help guide strategic decisions.
Collaboration is central to this position. You’ll work closely with teams across engineering, product, and marketing to ensure that business needs are translated into effective, scalable data science solutions. Your contributions will extend beyond modelling, playing a key role in shaping our MLOps strategy to ensure reliability, performance, and long-term value.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experience using advanced machine learning and statistical methods to solve real-world business challenges and drive measurable impact.
- Strong end-to-end delivery skills, including model deployment and operationalisation, with a solid grasp of MLOps best practices.
- Proficient in Python and key data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and Statsmodels.
- Solid academic background in mathematics, computer science, or a related field, ideally with an MSc or PhD
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), Agile methodologies, and excellent data wrangling capabilities for handling sophisticated datasets.
We'd also love you to bring;
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerisation to support scalable model deployment.
- Strong commercial awareness, and able to prioritise work based on business impact.
- Proactive and innovative in identifying data-driven opportunities to solve business problems.
- Experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt.
