About the Role
We are looking for an efficient, organised, friendly Senior Healthcare Receptionist/ Admin Support to join our team.
Working Hours:
- Wednesday - 1.45pm - 7pm
- Thursday - 8.30am - 5pm
- Friday - 8.30am - 6pm
Total Hours - 23
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist Clinic Director with administrative duties
- Assist in marketing and promotion of the clinic including social media creation and posting
- Invoicing
Reception Responsibilities
- Greet patients face-to-face and over the phone in a warm and professional manner
- Manage bookings, appointments, and diary scheduling
- Booking blood tests and sending results to patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide refreshments and friendly conversation to patients in the waiting area
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception and clinic areas
- Keep tea/coffee station stocked and clean
- Manage supplies and stock ordering
- Maintain and organise digital and physical filing systems
- Support clinicians and the management team with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and clinic policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous healthcare or clinical reception or administrative experience preferred
- Previous marketing experince a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills – friendly, professional, and patient focused
- Strong IT skills – confident with Gsuite, emails, and data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask, stay organised, and take initiative
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK

Summary
As our Senior Receptionist/Admin Support professional, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional administrative skills and patient support along side assisting the Clinic Director to promote the clinic.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, can think on their feet and has an excellent attention detail.
