We’re Hiring: Senior Case Executives!
Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days a week in our modern offices at West One Village, Wellington Street)
Up to £29,000 per annum, plus annual bonus and competitive benefits package

We’re building our team and looking for our next cohort of Senior Case Executives to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team at Optima Legal. You’ll be supported by technical trainers, backed by legal-tech innovation, and empowered to deliver real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage complex remortgage cases
- Work closely with customers, lenders, and solicitors
- Solve problems, progress applications, and manage escalations
- Help shape our customer journeys
- Support junior team members along the way
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Case Executive handling complex remo cases
- Solid Remortgage experience
- Sale and Purchase experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of UK property law, remortgaging processes, and lender requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and GDPR
- Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
