Introduction to the Division PKF Littlejohn Advisory Limited is a specialist restructuring, advisory and insolvency practice and part of the PKF network with offices in Leeds, London and Manchester. The division provides advice and solutions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups across a broad range of industry sectors. The Specialist Investigation team deals predominantly with insolvency based cases where there has been an indication of fraud or dishonest conduct. Responsibilities Purpose and aim of the role Your role will be to assist the team in the administration and progress of a variety of ongoing formal insolvency assignments from initial instruction to closure, reporting to Senior Administrators, Managers or Directors. Creditor liaison Assisting in the recovery and analysis of financial information and books and records Case progression Statutory reporting and compliance Assisting in Investigations, including identifying, collating and evidencing claims. Liaising with associated external professionals Case closure General administrative tasks on assignments Person Specification Education minimum: GCSEs: Grade 5/B in Maths and English Language Any knowledge and experience of corporate or personal insolvency case types would be helpful, but not required Hardworking Team player Ability to cope under stress and work to deadlines Willingness to ask for help/ask questions Willingness and ability to learn Good attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines Energetic Effective communication skills Competent in all Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel #LI-AF1
