Hadrian Healthcare is a small, family run business. We provide ‘outstanding’ care, support and facilities for our resident group and our staff. We welcome diversity and individuality and value the difference our staff group can make.
We are looking to find people with the values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. These are:
· Individual Care is our Concern
· Our residents are at the heart of everything we do
· Every one of us is responsible and will take ownership to make a real difference
· We recognise we are all individuals and will treat people with respect and kindness
· Together we make things better, always acting and communicating with honesty and transparency,
· We aim to be the best at everything we do.
Previous care experience and vocational qualifications are required for the senior role. You should also have had experience of supervising a staff team and working in a Senior capacity for one year as a minimum. We offer comprehensive mentorship and support and access to a range of vocational qualifications.
The duties are varied and no two shifts will be the same. Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such. As a general guide, duties may include some support with personal care needs, as well as taking responsibility for junior staff and care delivery and management on a designated unit. You will be required to administer medication to our residents and should have experience of managing medication systems. An understanding of industry regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
