Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during movement.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in hobbies or interests.
Skills

- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of medical terminology.
