Weavers Court located in Yeadon near Rawdon is recruiting for a well organized team player to join us as Senior Care Assistant. It’s our job to look after people – and that includes the amazing support staff that become part of our team. With the second floor of Weavers Court opened to residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Always present a compassionate and professional image.
- If you have an NVQ 3 or hold level 2, working toward level 3 and experience of being a Senior Care Assistant or acting senior care assistant looking for the next step, and feel you have the skills to lead a great team.
- Able to supervise with the team and dealing with emergency situations.
- Experience of managing medication and able to liaise with health professionals.
- You are kind, warm, and compassionate person and can- do attitude.
-Safely administration of the medication to the residents and lease with health professionals.
- Someone who aligned to our values, committed to highest standards of care and compliant with CQC regulation.
- Have ability to plan and prioritize workloads with an eye for details.
- Senior care role requires someone who has excellent organizational skills, able to prioritise, focus and has sense of responsibility and can remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility is required for this role, an individual who will go above and beyond for our residents and their families.
- Able to work with health professionals and all other stakeholders.
- Handle enquiries, ‘show arounds’, visitors, and residents and relatives requests.
- Able to lead by example, from positive relationships and energize colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- Have excellent verbal/written/IT communication skills.
