About Us
At Bloomfield Care Ltd, we believe care should always come from the heart. We provide person-centred support that helps vulnerable adults live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.
Our team is built on compassion, trust, and a shared commitment to making a genuine difference every day. We don’t just care for our clients — we care about our team too. If you’re looking for a role where your work is truly valued and where no two days are the same, you’ll find it here at Bloomfield Care.
Role Overview
As we expand our team, we are looking for female Senior Care Assistant who is compassionate and committed to enhancing the lives of those we serve. (This is due to the personal care needs and preferences of our female clients.)
This is a field-based role that combines meaningful client visits with added responsibilities — including team support and essential coordination tasks carried out while on the go. You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team, helping to uphold high standards of care, guide fellow carers, and ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of our services.
If you enjoy variety, thrive on independence, and are passionate about providing care that’s centred on each individual, this could be the perfect fit for you.

- Assist with rota adjustments and respond to urgent scheduling needs.
- Report incidents, concerns or safeguarding issues promptly and accurately.
- Contribute to care plan updates and risk assessments by feeding back to the office team.
- Communicate regularly with the office via phone, app, or email to ensure smooth coordination of care delivery.
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Conduct routine client welfare checks and follow-up visits.
- Support reviews of care packages and gather feedback from clients and families.
- Attend client visits to address concerns or assist with more complex care needs.
On-Call Duties
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support and guidance for staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential).
- Are female – due to the personal care needs and preferences of some of our clients.
- Experience in domiciliary care or a similar care setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently while on the move.
- Comfortable using digital systems and mobile apps for care records.

- The opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day — in the lives of both clients and colleagues.
If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and want to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
