We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female healthcare assistant with hands-on experience in supporting individuals with seizures and epilepsy. The successful candidate will provide high-quality personal care and assistance, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients in both routine and emergency situations.

Candidates should be willing to travel as part of the role hence being a driver is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients with epilepsy, including monitoring, assistance during seizures, and post-seizure care.
- Administer prescribed medications and document all care activities accurately.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
- Recognize early signs of seizures and respond promptly and appropriately.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards at all times.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on epilepsy care best practices.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (required for patient comfort and care needs).
- Proven experience as a healthcare assistant or caregiver specifically supporting individuals with epilepsy and seizure management.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures for seizures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively in urgent situations.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and physically capable of assisting with mobility needs.
- Relevant certifications or healthcare qualifications are an advantage.
