  • Promote safeguarding and wellbeing at all times.
  • Create inclusive and engaging activity schedules that reflect the diverse cultures of East London.
  • Liaise with external agencies and attend meetings to advocate for customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments, care plans, and reviews.
  • Personal care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience supervising teams in a health or social care setting.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and care planning.
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, including those with age-related illnesses and complex needs.
  • Ability to use initiative while prioritising customer safety and dignity.
  • Creative mindset to develop inclusive activities that foster community and belonging.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 4).

Our Values – Bring Yours to Work:

  • Be kind – Show empathy and thoughtfulness in every interaction.
  • Do the right thing – Act with integrity and in the best interests of our customers.
  • Love new ideas – Be curious and open to innovation.
  • Celebrate diversity – Embrace different perspectives and create a sense of belonging.
  • Keep our promises – Be reliable and accountable.
  • Pull together – Collaborate and support each other, especially in challenging times.

Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a team that’s making a real difference every day. We offer a supportive environment, opportunities for development, and the chance to shape a service that reflects the vibrant community we serve.
