Senior care assistant required for days/weekends from the hours of 7.45am to 8pm
Responsible for leading and supervising a team of care staff.
Medication management. Applicant should have knowledge and experience of the safe administration and recording of medication.
Applicant will be able to liaise with other professionals such as GP's, nurses and social workers.
Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other staff. Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Have a positive attitude and be self-motivated.
Caring, empathetic and promote a positive environment for both staff and residents.
Follow care plans and risk assessments.
Promote independence and dignity.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
