About the Role
As a Team Leader / Field Supervisor, you will:
- Complete and update care plans and risk assessments
- Coach, mentor, and support care staff to deliver high-quality care
- Conduct spot checks, reviews, and field supervisions
- Provide hands-on care where required
- Support the on-call service on a rota basis
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and CQC standards
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Work 1–2 days in the office, with the remainder in the community supporting our care teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, reliable, and organised
- Experienced in domiciliary care (minimum 6 months experience)
- Confident in leading, coaching, and supervising others
- Proactive with excellent communication and administrative skills
- Tech-savvy and able to use digital care systems
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS check (to be completed if not already held)
