Duties
- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients.
- A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
- Knowledge of various hair types and styles, along with the ability to execute them proficiently.
- A valid barbering qualification or certification is desirable but not mandatory for skilled individuals.
