Key responsibilities:
● Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients
● Manage assigned accounts to meet profitability and BMS’s ambitious growth targets
● Handle customer inquiries and liaise with internal departments for timely resolution
● Monitor and control costs without compromising service quality
● Manage customer interactions arising from eBay and web sales
● Manning in-person Trade counter when required
Requirements:
● Minimum of 5-10 years Sales, Account Management or Senior Customer Service experience
● Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
● Strong sales, communication and presentation skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a very fast-paced, high product volume environment
● Demonstrable critical thinking and problem solving skills
● Track record of delivering exceptional customer service
● Commercial acumen and the ability to balance client satisfaction with growth and profitability
● Experience of business transformation and process improvement
