Job Overview: Commercial Broker
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Broker to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial advice and support to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, market knowledge, and a strong ability to communicate and build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to assess their financial needs and objectives.

- Financial Guidance: Provide clients with a clear understanding of financial options, explaining complex concepts in an easily digestible way.

- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Assist clients in negotiations and ensure deals are structured in their best interests.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to support their ongoing financial success.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with other financial professionals: to deliver comprehensive service to clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or a related field is preferred but not essential. We value transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving – able to think on your feet, find solutions, and drive results both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in helping others – passionate about supporting clients in achieving their financial goals and delivering value through expert advice.
- Relevant qualifications in finance or business would be advantageous, though not mandatory, as we are open to individuals willing to develop their skills within the role.
