We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture and equipment, ensuring a tidy environment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
