Applicants must:
- complete SIA training course and hold a valid SIA security license ;
- be fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
- be competent in using a computer, MS Word and Outlook;
- have experience in resolving conflicts, assessing and reducing the risk of violence within the premises;
- be of smart appearance;
- be physically fit;
- be reliable and good time keeper;
Duties to include:
- patrolling customer's premises;
- handling telephone calls;
- communicating with clients by email;
- preventing risks and deter crime;
- being responsible for the safety and security of customers and staff;
- dealing with Police and other emergency services;
- incident Report writing;
- preventing / investigating misconduct or malpractice issues;
- maintaining outstanding customer service levels;
Car owners with a full driving license will be preferred.
Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced disclosure and be able to pass a 5 year background check. Vetting expense will be met by the employer.
Work pattern: Days, Evenings, Nights and Weekends.
