About the Role:
We are seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to cover weekend shifts at bars and clubs. Most work will be on Friday and Saturday nights, with occasional opportunities for additional shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to ensure safety and security of staff and patrons
- Check IDs and manage entry as needed
- De-escalate conflicts and handle situations professionally
- Provide a visible security presence to deter unwanted behavior
- Work closely with venue management and local authorities if required
Requirements:
- Valid Security License/SIA License
- Previous security experience preferred (hospitality/nightlife experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be available to work late-night shifts on weekends
