Intacept Security is a trusted SIA Approved Contractor committed to providing high-quality security services. We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and professional SIA Licensed Mobile Patrol Officer to join our growing team.
Working Hours:
12-hour shifts (18:00 – 06:00) on a rotating 4 on/4 off schedule, with the possibility of additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Deter and respond to security threats, protecting customers, staff, and property
- Lock and unlock premises as required
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises remain secure
- Respond to and manage alarm activations
- Set and unset alarms according to client instructions
- Follow emergency procedures accurately
- Complete detailed and accurate reports, both written and electronic
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, health & safety standards, and all relevant legislation
Candidate Requirements:
- Must hold a valid SIA Licence
- Full UK manual driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Minimum age: 25 (due to insurance requirements), with no points or convictions
- Comfortable using smartphones and security-related apps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Screening:
All applicants will be vetted in accordance with BS 7858 standards. You must provide a full, checkable 5-year work/school history to meet security screening requirements.
