Seasonal Part-time Replenishment Assistant
From 1st October 2025 to 16th November 2025
Mondays and Fridays, 8:30 am to 5 pm – 16 hours per week
Hourly Rate £7.55 to £12.21 per hour
We are excited to be opening our brand-new garden centre in 2025. To support our opening, we need to recruit seasonal team members.
Working within our retail area supporting our sales assistants; we are looking for motivated individuals who can follow instructions, work at pace and communicate with customers. You will support our mission to offer a memorable garden centre experience; delivering wow customer service and giving employees, customers, suppliers and community a reason to smile.

Key duties
- Stocking up the sales areas around the garden centre
- Assisting customers answering basic queries
- Moving stock from/to the warehouse and moving promotional materials and displays around the centre
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the garden centre and stock areas
Your capabilities
- Good verbal communication skills, and customer service skills, confident in dealing with members of the public
- Able to follow instructions from your supervisors, and work on your own initiative
- You are able to lift, carry or move products and purchases (e.g., large compost bags, stone garden pots, garden furniture etc.)
