Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Sea Safari bookings team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer bookings, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will communicate with customers via in person at the office, phone and email, assisting them in planning their sea safari adventures.
Duties
- Handle incoming booking inquiries through phone and email communication.
- Provide detailed information about sea safari packages, itineraries, and pricing.
- Assist customers in making reservations and processing payments accurately.
- Upsell additional services and experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate data entry of bookings and customer information in our system.
- Analyse customer feedback to improve service offerings and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyse information and provide solutions to customer queries.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a bookings or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
