Job Summary
The Scientific Advisory Board plays a pivotal role in guiding our organisation's research and development initiatives. This esteemed group of experts will provide strategic insights, evaluate scientific proposals, and ensure that our projects align with the latest advancements in the field. Members will collaborate closely with our internal teams to foster innovation and drive scientific excellence.
Duties
- Offer expert guidance on research strategies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Evaluate scientific proposals and provide constructive feedback to improve quality and feasibility.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing projects and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between scientific objectives and organisational goals.
- Contribute to the development of publications, presentations, and other materials that showcase our scientific achievements.
- Mentor junior scientists and staff, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
Requirements
- A PhD or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Proven track record of research excellence, including publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess scientific data and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in advisory roles or participation in scientific committees is advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for advancing scientific knowledge and innovation.

Pay: £24,420.00-£67,133.52 per year
