Summary of the role
We have an exciting opportunity available within our award-winning Access, Participation & Outreach Team to work with schools and colleges to support student recruitment and widening participation. The successful candidate, based in the Midlands, will work with regional schools and colleges to support the recruitment of students from diverse backgrounds. Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with teachers and HE advisors in target schools to develop programmes of activity to help learners make informed choices about their future. Able to take an analytical and evidence informed approach to prioritisation and evaluation, you will be comfortable writing plans and reports. This remote role requires the ability to work autonomously while building strong collaborative working relationships with colleagues to deliver joint programmes and events.
