Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to work in a busy office in a school in the Kidderminster area. As an Office Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff. You’ll handle day-to-day admin tasks including attendance, data entry, communications, and supporting senior leadership with key processes. Familiarity with school systems like BROMCOM or SIMS will be key in helping you hit the ground running.

Required Experience
- Experience working in a school office environment
- Proficiency with BROMCOM, SIMS, or similar school data systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
