Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct data entry tasks to update and maintain databases.
- Provide support to the management team by handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and audit petty cash and residents personal monies.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices.
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
