Who are we looking for?
The role of Sales Support Specialist is a key role within the Gamma Channel Sales team. You will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and managing customer accounts.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Provide general support to the sales team as needed.
- Provide direct support to Partners in the unallocated channel of accounts.
- Experience of working in a support environment.
- Telecoms knowledge and experience is desirable.
- Customer facing experience and great customer service skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
- Communication skills that are both verbal and written.
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in your work.
- Self-motivator and able to motivate others in your team.
- Able to manage numerous tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Remain calm under pressure and solve problems by finding the root cause and addressing it.
- Organisational skills.
