Summary
As a Sales Support Coordinator at Cooke Curtis & Co, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to the success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pre-valuation materials and coordinate valuers’ diaries.
- Send and manage instruction paperwork, ensuring all required compliance documents are completed.
- Input property information accurately into our Greenhouse CRM and prepare initial sales details.
- Work with valuers to finalise property descriptions and manage client revisions.
- Launch properties to the market across portals and internal platforms once approved.
- Organise and manage viewing schedules, ensuring clear communication between clients and the team.
- Deliver excellent aftercare throughout the onboarding and post-marketing stages.
Be a central point of contact for clients during the early phase of their sale, ensuring they feel supported and informed
About you
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-focused.
- A confident communicator with a warm and professional manner.
- Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
- A team player who enjoys working closely with others but can also take ownership of individual responsibilities.
- Motivated to deliver high-quality service and uphold our reputation for professionalism and care.
- Previous experience in an administrative or client-facing support role (property, legal, hospitality or similar sectors).
- Comfortable using cloud-based software, calendars, CRMs and document systems.
- Good written English and document formatting skills.
- Experience in estate agency or familiarity with the property sector is highly desirable.
- Full training on our systems and processes will be provided.
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, this role does not have primary weekend working, however you may be asked to support the team in the event of holiday or emergency cover IF that is required you will be given a day off in lieu/additional annual leave/paid up hours
