Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to play a key role in a dynamic sales effort? We’re seeking a motivated Sales Support Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our sales operations.
About the Role:
As a Sales Support Person, you’ll be the backbone of our sales process—assisting the team with lead generation tasks, data management, managing customer enquiries, processing quotations, and ensuring sales activity is flowing perfectly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide lead generation support to the sales team
- Managing CRM and sales database
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and order documentation
- Coordinate with all stakeholders engaged in our sales processes
- Support sales reporting and pipeline updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (ideally Hubspot)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys the challenge of a sales environment
