Pulse Finance is a leading independent funder supporting businesses facing a range of cashflow challenges.
We are currently recruiting a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Basingstoke. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at our Basing View office, where you’ll play a key role in our sales support team by providing vital administrative assistance to boost efficiency and productivity.
The role covers the full process from Prospect to Client, so experience working with legal documentation and providing excellent customer service is essential.
We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably within financial services or a compliance-regulated environment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Strict compliance with AML, GDPR & KYC regulations – Being curious about the information provided, thinking of the bigger picture and balancing service with fraud risk awareness
- Supporting the sales team with obtaining and collating information regarding prospects, issuing and checking required forms for completion.
- Raising/checking and issuing offer letters and legal documentation. Taking ownership of the take on process to payout, ensuring all pre-commencements are satisfied, registering debentures and all additional security and ensuring all post commencement tasks and conditions are completed.
- Liaising with Solicitors regarding Sale & Purchase Agreements, Deed of Priority, Property charges and any other additional.
- Completing searches and other administrative duties to support sales team
- Completing comprehensive company & director searches
- Maintenance and use of online CRM system, including Prospect/Client data and introducer database
- Maintaining upkeep of legal files
Candidates should have an understanding of compliance requirements, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering), GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations, and have proficiency in maintaining and updating CRM systems and databases.
Experience in preparing reports and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete is a must and you should have a solid understanding of risk controls and audit processes.
It is essential that this person is exceptionally organised with workload and can prioritise effectively, working well to strict deadlines and communicating updates effectively to teams. The person will be confident to communicate at all levels.

Benefits we offer:
Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 depending on skills and experience
Annual Leave: 22 days rising to 25 days plus bank holidays.
Full time hours are 35 per week.
