We're looking for a Sales & Services Support Administrator to join our team to act as a trusted partner to support our Global Sales team.
You will collaborate closely with Sales / Account Managers to enable and facilitate accurate contracts and orders with our customers. You will also support the Sales team with Customer Requests, Quality Complaints, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.
You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics teams based out of India. You'll proactively oversee the lifecycle of existing and new orders and keep our customers informed the current status.
Furthermore, you get a chance to work with our highly-skilled Global Sales team and learn from the best. This experience will groom you for a possible full-fledged Sales role within our organisation.
The Sales & Services Support Administrator will:
· Manage the Sales Admin process such as processing sales orders for new and existing customers.
· Proactively monitor the lifecycle of all pending orders to promote efficiency and accuracy in providing timely information to our customers.
· Provide customers with all necessary order documentation.
· Provide customers with necessary information and data, as and when requested.
· Support Inventory accounting and management with external warehouses.
· Work with internal / external clients on logistics and service issues.
· Collate and verify all relevant order information to ensure documents are accurate & complete.
· Daily use of CRM systems to ensure information is accurately recorded and shared with all external and internal stakeholders.
· Other duties as assigned by reporting Sales / Account manager.

· Experience of working in a fast-paced administration/customer-focused role where the delivery of high standards of customer service and accuracy standards is crucial.
· Experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers.
· Experience of using Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
· Experience of SAGE or any other CRM would be ideal but not essential.
· Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with remotely distributed colleagues.
· Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
