DS Refrigeration is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across our refrigeration and air conditioning product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers across Ireland, including hospitality, retail, supermarkets, and petrol stations.
- Promote and sell a range of refrigeration and air conditioning products, including cold rooms, ice machines, bottle coolers, ice cream machines, and more.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. service and installation) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in refrigeration, air conditioning, or related commercial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
Desirable Skills:
- Technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Experience working with hospitality or retail businesses.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + commission/bonus structure.
