Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand and connect with customers in a friendly and professional way. We specialize in B2B and B2C(residential) marketing and events. The successful candidate will focus on showcasing our products and services, developing strong customer relationships, and increasing brand visibility in the market. This position requires strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
Duties
Interact with customers to raise awareness and interest in the brand’s products and services.
Deliver outstanding customer support by responding to questions and solving problems quickly.
Clearly explain the advantages and features of products to potential buyers.
Participate in marketing events, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Collect customer input to help guide marketing plans and product improvements.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Stay current on industry developments and monitor competitor activity.
Skills
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, focusing on creating positive and memorable client experiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
Skilled in promoting products and understanding customer behavior and buying patterns.
Being fluent in more than one language is a plus, allowing for better interaction with a diverse audience.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and a positive attitude.
Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
