The Role
Lead and energise the SOP (Sales Order Processing) team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant order management. You'll own day-to-day operations, champion continuous improvement, and support sales and finance teams by ensuring smooth, fast, and correct processing every time. As a people-first leader, you'll also support development, coaching, and alignment to Hubexos values. Principal Job Responsibilities:

Process and authorise sales orders, ensuring all information is correct, timely, and aligned to subscription/product details.- Review and reconcile daily contracts due for promotion; manage the monthly promotion cycle.
- Act as the go-to contact for resolving SOP-related queries from Sales.
- Maintain accurate financial records across our systems, in line with HMRC and internal compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies through proactive engagement with stakeholders.
- Ensure full adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Drive improvements in SOP processesidentify gaps, streamline workflows, and implement change.
- Manage team resourcingapprove holidays, ensure cover, and track task completion.
- Hold regular 1-1s and biannual performance reviews with team members.
- Deliver team performance reports and insights as required by the business.
- Approve RA workflows on NetSuite.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the SOP team.
- Carry out other reasonable duties that support the wider goals of the team and business.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven team leadership experiencemanaging performance, conducting 1-1s, supporting development
Expert knowledge of finance systems (e.g. NetSuite or similar ERP)
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working under pressure, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Clear and confident communicator across internal and external stakeholders
Experience working within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Knowledge of HMRC and regulatory financial compliance
