FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH PROPERTY EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL)
Standard hours: 9.00am-5.00pm (inc some Saturdays paid in addition)
Salary plus commission: Negotiable – according to experience

We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team, where you will play a key role in our sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of our agency, responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales. In addition, you will take high-quality photographs of properties and ensure they are presented attractively in our listings. This is a diverse role that combines sales acumen with a creative eye for property presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, providing exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- Property Viewings: Conduct property viewings, providing potential buyers with all necessary information and highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiation: Manage offers and negotiate between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales at the best possible price.
- Photography & Video: Take professional-quality photographs of properties for marketing purposes, ensuring they are well-presented and appealing to potential buyers.
- Listings: Prepare accurate and engaging property descriptions for online and offline listings, showcasing each property's unique features.
- Communication: Keep all parties informed throughout the sales process, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and valuations to provide clients with informed advice.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with the preparation of contracts, offer letters, and other documentation as required to the Sales Progression Team
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales negotiator role within an estate agency is preferred, though not essential for the right candidate.
- Photography Skills: A good eye for detail and experience in taking and editing property photographs is an advantage.
- Sales Ability: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Customer Service: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local property market in [Your Town/City] is beneficial.
- IT Skills: Proficient in using property management software, Microsoft Office, and online marketing platforms.
