Job Profile:
Your Move in Bedford are looking for an expereinced negotiator to join our branch on a full time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is required for this post.
