Salary: £25,000 - £100,000 (OTE)
Key Responsibilities:
· Search for second-hand property, manage second-hand property listings, driving property growth and increasing market share.
· Guide the team in business development to expand the company's presence in the market.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
· Analyze market trends and provide effective sales strategies and recommendations.
· Ensure all property listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
· Participate in branding and promotional activities to enhance the company’s market influence.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the London property industry.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills to efficiently close deals.
· Sharp market awareness with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· A team player with leadership qualities to support team growth.
· A valid UK driving license is preferred.
