The Role
This role is designed for individuals at the beginning of their sales career who are looking to develop skills in customer interaction, sales techniques, and market knowledge. All necessary training will be provided to ensure you understand the utilities sector, as well as how to communicate effectively with clients.
This is a full-time, office-based role in London. You will be working as part of a team under the supervision of a Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement – Proactively approach potential customers through outbound calls, Face to face activity, and digital outreach to introduce utility offerings.
- Product Knowledge – Gain in-depth understanding of our energy, water service packages to confidently present and recommend solutions tailored to each client.
- Lead Generation – Identify and follow up on leads, schedule consultations, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Consultative Selling – Understand the individual needs of each customer and match them with the most suitable utility services, highlighting cost-saving opportunities and service benefits.
- Data Management – Accurately record customer information and interactions in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records for reporting and follow-ups.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-sale support.
- Target Achievement – Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ethical selling practices.
