Job Title: Sales Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Commission
OTE: £55,000+

Our client is a leading property cash buying company, offering homeowners a fast, hassle-free way to sell their homes. As demand for our service continues to grow, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a persuasive and personable sales professional to thrive in a consultative sales environment, with excellent earning potential from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and warm outbound enquiries from motivated property sellers
- Building rapport and understanding each seller’s circumstances and motivations
- Explaining our clients services clearly and confidently, guiding clients through the process
- Negotiating offers and closing deals efficiently and ethically
- Managing a personal pipeline of opportunities and progressing leads through to completion
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed individual and team targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a sales role, ideally in property, financial services, or high-value consultative sales
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confident, driven, and target-oriented
- Empathetic and solutions-focused approach to selling
- Resilient under pressure and comfortable handling objections
- Organised and proactive, with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
What You’ll Get:
